Edith Crouch is an author, glass artist and teacher, and she lives and works in North Carolina. She was born in Charleston, South Carolina, and spent her childhood in the Panama Canal Zone. Her undergraduate degree is in Art Education from Florida State University and she subsequently worked in corporate communications management for 15 years. Joseph Mordecai Hirschman was her maternal great-uncle. This is her fourth book with Schiffer Publishing, Ltd. Her first book, The Mosaics of Louis Comfort Tiffany was published by Schiffer in 2008. Her second book, Tiffany Studios?Techniques: Inspiration for Today? Artists, was published in 2010. The Mola: Tradition Kuna Textile Art, her third book, was published by Schiffer in 2011.
