There are many reasons to establish an account with terms with Schiffer Publishing. We offer standard straightforward wholesale discounts, multiple shipping options (including drop shopping), and the convenience and honesty of good old-fashioned customer service.

To establish an account with Schiffer Publishing, please complete the Credit Application, Pennsylvania Sales Tax Exemption Certificate, and Schiffer LTD® MAP Program Participation Form as necessary and email it to our Customer Service Team at info@schifferbooks.com. Once you have your account setup you will be able place orders through either the website or with a team member.

Drop Ship Policy

Drop Shipment is one of the shipping options that Schiffer Publishing offers. Drop shipment orders are $7.00 per book and PA state stales tax will be levied on delivery to customers in Pennsylvania. Please contact Customer Service <link to contact information on landing page> with questions.

Order Status

Schiffer Publishing’s standard practice is to ship within 24 hours after receiving an order. If you order through the Schifferbooks.com website, you will receive an email confirmation of your transaction, followed by another email indicating your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number for your shipment.

In addition, you can contact Customer Service for updates on your order.

Backorders

Your credit card will be charged for total amount of order at time of order, including all backordered items. Once all backordered items have arrived in our warehouse, they will be sent to you, FREE of any additional shipping charges.
