Over the years, Wayne Mutza has immersed himself in a variety of interests, including historical research, which led to work as a writer, writing consultant, and facilitator. More than 30 books and numerous articles later, the light of enthusiasm shines brightly and is reflected in his latest volume, devoted to the history of air rescue. Giving foundation to his military aviation titles is his US Army service, during which he served as an airborne infantryman and helicopter crew chief, including combat in Vietnam.
